Finance Business Partner (Part-Time)

Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne

Hours: to be determined (20 – 25hrs per week)

Salary: £40000 pro rata

Are you a finance professional looking to make an impact in a small, collaborative team? We’re looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join a well-established manufacturing business on a part-time basis.

You’ll work closely with the leadership team to provide financial insight, management reporting, and commercial support that drives smart business decisions. This is a varied and autonomous role where you’ll have real influence and visibility.

What you’ll do:

• Partner with directors to support financial planning and performance.
• Produce management accounts, budgets, and forecasts.
• Provide commercial insight to improve margins and efficiency.
• Maintain strong financial controls and processes.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in a similar finance role (ideally within manufacturing, engineering, or SME environments).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Comfortable being hands-on in a small team.
• Qualified or QBE accountant.
