Location: Flexible Remote (Globally) with business travels primarily across Europe

Key Responsibilities

Brand Influence & Visibility

  • Publish company updates on platforms such as UITP to increase industry exposure
  • Secure and deliver speeches at key international exhibitions to establish expert reputation
  • Organize industry visits, training programs, and high-level reception events to build long-term trust
  • Focus on brand building and trust establishment, not direct sales execution
  • Identify and hand over high-quality business leads to respective regional teams
  • Plan and host customer reception and networking events
  • Engage with international government agencies and strategic clients such as Singapore LTA
  • Focus on front-end market outreach; execution will be carried out by regional teams

Global Market Coordination

  • Organize and participate in global industry conferences (e.g., UITP, IT-TRANS)
  • Manage association budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation
  • Provide insights on global public transport trends to support strategic planning

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, International Business, or related field
  • 5+ years in marketing or business development, with at least 3 years in public transportation, smart transit, or related B2B/G sectors
  • Excellent English public speaking and writing skills; experience speaking at international forums is a plus
  • Familiar with international industry associations such as UITP; experience in association collaboration or government client engagement is preferred
  • Strong resource integration, lead identification, and cross-team collaboration skills; keen front-market sensitivity
  • Willingness to travel globally as required by business or projects, primarily across Europe (e.g., Europe, Middle East, Asia)
  • Note: This role supports fully remote work from a globally flexible location, with a requirement to travel internationally—primarily within Europe—based on business or project needs.
