The Opportunity

We’re working with a growing recruitment business that’s looking to hire an experienced senior 360 Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of a profitable construction desk. This is a genuine senior role with autonomy, strong back-office support, and a commission structure that rewards performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Full 360 recruitment cycle: business development, account management, candidate sourcing and placement
• Build and grow long-term relationships with construction clients across the Northwest
• Manage and develop an existing client base while actively winning new business
• Deliver permanent and/or temporary placements across construction (white or blue collar)
• Negotiate fees, terms, and contracts
• Maintain a high standard of compliance and candidate care
• Mentor junior consultants (optional, depending on experience and interest)

About You

• Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant within construction recruitment
• Consistent billing history
• Strong new business development skills
• Commercial mindset with excellent relationship-building ability
• Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage your own desk
• Based in or able to commute to Liverpool
