Senior Solicitor – Employment (2+ PQE)

Location: Glasgow

Overview

A highly regarded Employment team is seeking a Senior Solicitor to join its Glasgow office. This role offers a mix of tribunal litigation, HR advisory and transactional support work for UK and international clients, with involvement in business development.

Role Requirements

• Managing employment tribunal matters, including ET3s, witness statements and advocacy
• Advising employers on day‑to‑day employment and employee relations issues
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, policies and settlement agreements
• Supporting corporate transactions with employment law input
• Contributing to client training and team business development

Experience

• Scots‑qualified Solicitor with 2+ PQE
• Employment law experience within a commercial firm
• Comfortable managing your own caseload

Skills

• Clear communicator with a practical, client‑focused approach
• Organised and able to manage deadlines
• Detail‑driven and collaborative
