The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join the firm’s busy Residential Property team. You will assist on a wide range of transactions and gradually manage your own caseload, working under the guidance of experienced specialists.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting on sales, purchases and re-mortgages
• Handling leasehold and freehold transactions
• Drafting contracts, transfer deeds and related documents
• Liaising with clients, agents, and lenders throughout
• Managing files with growing independence and responsibility
• Delivering excellent client service at every stage
