Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a busy and varied residential property caseload from instruction through to completion, including sales, purchases, leases, and re-mortgages.
- Deliver clear, concise legal advice and maintain exceptional client care, both in person and via phone/email.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, agents, and other contacts.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the firm to contribute to departmental and firm-wide success.
What We’re Looking For:
- A qualified Licensed Conveyancer or Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE in residential property.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently.
- A proactive team player who thrives in a busy, supportive environment.
