Base pay range
£65,000 – £85,000.
Oculus are currently working with an exceptional Top 50 Law Firm, based in Manchester, with an award‑winning Employment team, as recognised by the Legal 500. They have a strategic growth plan, which has seen them bolster their team with a number of experienced Partner hires in recent times and they are looking to expand their team even more so.
This role offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement (2 days in the office, 3 days remote) and a very competitive salary.
The position involves advising on a wide range of complex Employment matters including:
- Disciplinary and grievance matters
- Discrimination
- TUPE
- Whistleblowing
- Restructures and strategic advice to senior management teams and boards
