Overview

Our client is a long established and successful main contractor, operating across a range of sectors including: residential, commercial, mixed use, retail, hotels, leisure and more.

They are currently looking to recruit a Senior Health & Safety Manager to oversee a 125m residential new build project near City Airport.

Responsibilities

• Oversee health and safety management on a 125m residential new build project near City Airport.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 7+ years H&S management experience.
• A background with main contractors or Tier 1 developers.
• Experience of overseeing H&S on medium / large scale residential or commercial projects.
• Excellent communication skills.
• NEBOSH certificate Construction Health & Safety
• Member of IOSH or equivalent
