The firm is Essex-based, with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality advice across a broad client base. The Role

• Mix of contentious and advisory matters
• Tribunal advocacy and complex disputes
• Drafting contracts, policies and settlement agreements
• Day-to-day HR and employee relations advice
• Involvement in business development and client relationships

The Candidate

• 2+ years PQE
• Experience across both contentious and non-contentious work
• Commercial awareness and strong communication skills
• Proactive, organised and a team player
