Salary: up to £45,000 per annum plus uncapped commission

Hybrid working 3 days a week in the office

The role

• Recruit and onboard new strategic partners
• Develop sales strategy for continued growth in the partner network
• Manage existing partners and be the first point of contact for any enquiries
• Conduct market research and work closely with the marketing team to generate new leads
• Report on partner performance and suggest areas for improvement
• Provide training and guidance to partners when needed

The candidate

• Fluent in German to high business standard (written and spoken) – Essential
• B2B Sales or Business Development experience – Essential
• Background in a manufacturing or industrial environment – Beneficial
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Results driven, analytical and motivated
• Proficiency in using CRM systems
