What will you do
- Give a full range of good quality respondent employment advice to employers to include:
- A mixture of contentious & non contentious work
- Employment Tribunal Work, Equality & Discrimination
- Disciplinary & Grievance
- TUPE, Maternity & Paternity, and Redundancy
- Settlement Agreements
- Give employment law training to managers and HR teams to ensure that they have a good working knowledge of their employment law obligations, and can apply this knowledge in the workplace

What will you need
- At least 1 years experience as an employment solicitor or legal executive
- Ideally your experience should be from a respondent background, but this is not essential
