Senior Account Manager – Property Portfolio Manager – Luxury Countryside Retreat

Location: London W1

Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum

We are seeking a charismatic and commercially-minded Property Portfolio Manager to take the lead on driving bookings and expanding brand exposure for a unique and high-end countryside hotel property collection. Based in central London, this role is perfect for someone with a background in luxury hospitality, hotels, travel partnerships, or account management who thrives in a networking-focused role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow bookings across a luxury 5 star hotel property portfolio.
  • Build and nurture relationships with booking aggregators, travel agents, and hospitality partners.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to raise brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to increase occupancy.
  • Ensure seamless account management and high levels of customer satisfaction.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong background in sales, partnerships or account management, preferably in hotels, luxury property or hospitality.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Confident in representing a premium brand at events and within industry networks.
  • Self-starter with a proactive, ambitious mindset and a collaborative approach.
  • Commercially savvy with a track record of growing revenue.
