Key responsibilities and experience required:

• Purchases (registered and unregistered, leasehold, freehold, shared ownership, new build)
• Sales (registered and unregistered, leasehold, freehold, shared ownership)
• Re‑mortgaging
• Transfers of equity
• Equity release
• Right to buy
• Lease extensions
