We have an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to join our Residential Real Estate team.
Duties will include dealing with the opening of new files, assisting with exchange, completions and post completion work, liaising with clients in person and by telephone, preparing and drafting legal documentation and conducting searches.
A minimum of 6 months experience of working within a property department as a paralegal is required.
Applicants must also have a degree level education, excellent IT skills and attention to detail, be a team player and have a genuine attitude of ‘no job is too big or too small’.
