Proclinical is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager of Clinical Operations to oversee clinical studies in the field of oncology. You will ensure that these studies meet quality standards and deadlines, and that the data collected is suitable for regulatory purposes. You will work according to international guidelines and internal procedures, and may lead a team or coordinate regional aspects of global studies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage clinical studies to meet time, cost, and quality goals.
- Oversee all research activities and ensure compliance with guidelines.
- Solve problems creatively and assess study risks.
- Develop and review study documents and manuals.
- Serve as the main contact for external partners and manage their performance.
- Recommend improvements in resources and manage team workflows.
- Track expenses and ensure financial compliance.
- Provide feedback and training to team members.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Background in clinical operations within the industry.
- Knowledge of clinical trial strategies and execution.
- Ability to manage vendors and monitor data.
- Understanding of business, therapeutic, and regulatory aspects.
- Strong problem-solving, planning, and interpersonal skills.
