Albany Growth is a high‑growth, mission‑led fintech reshaping how employees access and manage financial well‑being. They are scaling their product and engineering team with several key hires. We are looking for a Product Manager to lead a key part of the platform, from discovery through delivery, GTM and adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with design, senior stakeholders, engineering and commercial teams to build intuitive, high‑performing financial tools that people love.
- Lead the product lifecycle from user discovery to launch, ensuring high‑impact, cross‑functional delivery.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a start‑up or scale‑up environment.
- Strong product execution skills – from user discovery to go‑live.
- Data‑literate – comfortable using metrics to inform decision making.
- Experience in fintech, HR tech, payroll or embedded finance (bonus).
- Hands‑on with agile, user research, and tools like Mixpanel, Jira, Figma.
- Comfortable working across B2B / B2B2C user journeys.
