We are seeking a talented and motivated Secured Loan Advisor to join our fast-growing and ambitious client. In this role, you will play a crucial part in helping customers secure their financial needs by providing expert advice on secured loans.

What you’ll be doing:
- Assessing customers’ applications and delivering high-quality recommendations tailored to their needs and circumstances
- Providing expert advice on secured loan options, using the client’s distinctive in-house software
- Keeping up to date with industry regulations and lender criteria to provide accurate, compliant guidance
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships, keeping them informed throughout the process
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with an experienced team of case managers to support customers through the application process
What we expect from you:
- Fully CeMAP qualified, with a minimum of 2+ years’ experience within secured loan advice (intermediary background preferred)
- Performance-driven mindset, accountable for achieving targets and delivering the right outcomes for customers
- Commitment to providing a best-in-class customer experience that fosters loyalty and satisfaction
- Strong knowledge of mortgage and secured loan products, regulations, and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust
