We are looking to recruit an experience Contract Manager with Highways experience. Working for a leading highways contractor that operates across the UK.
The successful Candidate will lead and motivate the contract team (including supply chain service providers), develop and implement business strategy and will achieve the agreed safety, financial, commercial, growth, and Client performance targets.
You will need the following:-
Contract Management experience within Highways Maintenance / Civil EngineeringMin 3 -4 years experienceExperience of working at all levels, from operational to director levelSmart and professional in both appearance & approachGood communicator and strong leader
You will be responsible for:
Managing and promoting a safe working environment for all operationsMonitoring safety targets and completion of safety auditsUndertaking safety investigations for incidentsManaging operational sections in line with budget and business planMeeting financial targets and analysing weekly cost and value progress returnsDeveloping and promoting close working relationships with the client
