Job Overview

Informa is a global business, member of FTSE 100, delivering information and events. We connect customers to professional knowledge, running roughly 800 events annually and providing digital platforms.

Lead Insights is the in‑house data platform that delivers leads to our event and digital sponsors and exhibitors. It is a key commercial strategy for 2025, with thousands of customer dashboards across more than 130 events. This role is based in our London office.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery of client dashboards in a timely, efficient manner.
  • Project‑manage delivery for each event following the defined process.
  • Support customers and sales teams on site at events.
  • Track and manage the data flow from various sources to ensure completeness, accuracy and speed.
  • Collaborate with the product data team to identify issues and work with event teams on process improvements.
  • Identify and execute solutions to remove obstacles and meet client expectations.
  • Help drive process optimisations and make recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Engage with customers via email and calls, and onsite at events to address inquiries.
  • Create collateral and training materials, and lead training sessions for customers to maximise the commercial value of the product.
  • Resolve client access or general customer‑service support issues.
  • Act as the product point of contact within the business and handle discussions and questions confidently.
  • Create collateral and lead training for sales and delivery teams.
  • Advocate for the product to keep the business informed and enthusiastic.
  • Track success through key metrics and assess the impact of process changes.

Qualifications

  • Confident communicating with diverse teams, senior stakeholders and customers.
  • A relationship builder who partners with colleagues worldwide.
  • Highly organised and process‑driven with attention to detail.
  • Strong time‑management and prioritisation skills.
  • Confidence in delivering clear, valuable training sessions.
  • 1‑3 years experience in product delivery, fulfilment or customer success – desirable but not essential.
  • Knowledge of data operations and/or platforms a plus.
  • Experience with MS Excel.
