You’ll be working with some of the most exciting Food & Beverage brands, helping them secure the right locations to grow and succeed.

This exciting role involves advising clients on market trends, lease agreements, and strategic site selection to maximise business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with F&B operators, restaurant chains, café brands, and property owners.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for landlords and tenants in the F&B sector.
  • Provide consultancy services tailored to client needs, including market entry, expansion, and relocation strategies.

Property Acquisition & Leasing

  • Identify suitable commercial properties for F&B operations based on location, footfall, competition, and zoning regulations.
  • Conduct property viewings, prepare detailed site reports, and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Negotiate lease agreements, rental terms, and incentives on behalf of clients.

Market Research & Analysis

  • Monitor market trends, emerging F&B locations, and competitor activity.
  • Produce accurate market reports, lease comparables, and financial feasibility assessments.
  • Advise clients on location viability, rent structures, and potential ROI.

Sales & Business Development

  • Generate new leads and grow the client portfolio within the F&B sector.
  • Attend industry events, networking functions, and trade shows to source potential clients and properties.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing and research teams to create promotional materials and campaigns.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure all lease and sale agreements comply with local property laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of property listings, client interactions, and financial transactions.
  • Coordinate with legal and finance teams to facilitate smooth deal closures.

Key Skills:

  • Strong understanding of commercial property leasing.
  • In-depth knowledge of the F&B industry and operational requirements (e.g., kitchen layout, ventilation, occupancy limits).
