What We’re Looking For
- 12–18 months’ experience in 360 recruitment within Tech, Education, Finance, or Life Sciences
- A track record in business development and contract or niche talent placement
- A growth mindset, proactive attitude, and hunger to take your career to the next level
- Experience outside of public sector/framework settings is a plus
