About the Role: We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Customer Success Manager to join our sales team in Chippenham.
What You’ll Do
- Drive sales of PEAK Technologies solutions to meet or exceed sales and margin goals.
- Develop and grow existing accounts while prospecting for new business opportunities.
- Conduct discovery calls and needs analyses to identify customer requirements.
- Manage your sales pipeline from lead to close, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate CRM documentation.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and account plans while maintaining accurate forecasts.
- Build long-term customer relationships and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales leadership and partner networks to deliver best-in-class solutions.
- Support sales campaigns, product launches, and territory initiatives.
What You’ll Bring
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred (or equivalent experience).
- 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or sales support.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- A proactive, results-driven attitude and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and adapt to changing priorities.
