TSR Legal are working with a well-established full service firm with offices in Cheltenham who are seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor / Associate

Responsibilities

• Managing and running a full caseload.
• Dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing, to include: Freehold/Leasehold sales and purchases; Transfers of Equity; re-mortgages; new builds; buy to let.
• Communicating with clients to receive instructions and give advice.

Requirements

• Preferably 7plus years PQE
• Be able to handle their own caseload without supervision
• Have a strong technical proficiency
• Be committed to high levels of client care and communication
• Have excellent organisational and communication skills
• Oversee complex matters / supervise junior staff
• Be a strong team player
