About the Opportunity: Claims Handler – Personal Injury
Were supporting a growing insurance business in Bolton that is hiring an entry/mid level PI Claims Handler. This role suits someone with motor claims experience who wants to develop PI expertise, progress through CII qualifications, and handle files with increasing independence.
Key Responsibilities: Claims Handler – Personal Injury
Manage your own caseload of PI claims with support where needed.
Carry out liability investigations, gathering evidence and information.
Prioritise your workload effectively.
Handle low/mid complexity claims from notification to settlement.
Update all parties professionally and on time.
Contribute to good customer outcomes with a strong service approach.
Skills and Experience: Claims Handler – Personal Injury
Motor claims experience (PI experience a bonus).
Strong attention to detail.
Confident using computer systems.
Good communication and relationship-building skills.
GCSE English & Maths (C/4 or above).
Willing to work towards CII qualifications fully funded.
