Salary: £65,000 – £85,000 (dependent on experience)
A respected law firm is seeking a Land Development/Commercial Property Solicitor with 5+ years PQE to join its friendly and hardworking team based at the Bournemouth office. The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing a varied caseload of land development and commercial property matters, including:
- Advising on acquisitions, disposals, and development projects
- Handling landlord and tenant transactions
- Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and related documentation
- Liaising with clients, agents, and other professionals
- Supporting business development and contributing to team growth
- Maintaining high professional standards and compliance
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:
- 5+ years PQE in land development and/or commercial property law
- Strong technical and drafting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Confidence in managing matters independently
- A client‑focused approach with high attention to detail
- Positive attitude, motivation, and a collaborative mindset
- Willingness to contribute to the team and firm’s success
