Elevate is seeking a mid-level Commercial or Corporate Solicitor (5-8 years PQE) to join the engine room of one of Europe’s most recognisable and dominant aviation brands. You will advise on high-stakes, cross-border projects that define the future of international travel.

Location: The role is based at a major North London transport hub, strategically located just 25 minutes from St Pancras International via fast-link rail.

Qualifications
- Qualified Solicitor: 5–8 years PQE in a Tier-1 law firm or a major in-house environment.
- Industry Fit: Experience in asset-intensive sectors (Aviation, Infrastructure, Engineering, or Transport).
- Proven Stability: A career history that demonstrates tenure stability is highly prioritised.
- Technical Edge: Comfortable using technology and data to solve complex commercial problems.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Growth: Lead legal support for fleet transactions, aircraft financing, and property portfolio management.
- Commercial Power: Negotiate complex supplier agreements and procurement contracts for a multi-billion-pound operation.
- Innovation: Drive the adoption of AI and legal-tech automation to streamline global processes.
