Role Overview

We are seeking a People Business Partner (HRBP) to support our growing London office and broader European footprint. This position will partner with multiple levels of leadership to develop, influence, and execute people strategies and programs that enable our ambitious growth.

In addition, this role will work closely with our Talent Acquisition team to drive hiring excellence, workforce planning, and a compelling talent brand in London and across Europe.

You will act as a trusted advisor in areas such as leadership and career development, performance management, organizational design, employee relations, and engagement. As we continue to expand our European footprint, there is an opportunity to assume a larger people leadership role for the region.

This role will be based in our London office. Ideal candidates should be local to London, with the flexibility to work remotely 1–2 days per week, blending the best of both worlds for efficiency and collaboration.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with senior leaders and people managers in London to translate business strategy into a clear people agenda that supports growth, performance, and culture.
  • Work closely with our Talent Acquisition partners to align on workforce plans and hiring priorities for London and broader Europe.
  • Advise, coach, and influence management on all things people-related, including: performance management, learning and development, coaching, career pathing, employee relations, succession planning, compensation, organizational development and scaling, training, culture, diversity & inclusion, and employee engagement.
  • Build and foster trusting partnerships with dedicated internal clients, acting as a single point of contact, coach, partner, and confidant to senior leaders, people managers, employees across the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Champion and embed our culture and core values.

You Have:

  • 7+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience, including direct partnership with senior leaders.
  • Experience working in a high-growth or scaling environment, ideally where people processes and infrastructure were evolving.
  • Ideally have experience in Consulting, Finance or Private Equity.
  • You are hungry, bright, and positive; you demonstrate great judgment and are proactive.
  • Familiarity with UK employment practices; experience supporting other European markets is a plus.
  • You act as an ambassador of our core values.
  • A data-informed approach: comfort using people data and metrics to inform decisions, recommendations, and storytelling.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Broad experience and specific knowledge of organizational design, talent management, employee relations, compensation, employee engagement, learning, and performance management.

You Are:

  • Excited to be part of a growing team, with a focus on driving future growth.
  • Experienced in finance or professional services industry.
  • Passionate about accuracy and have strong attention to detail.
  • Independent and individually motivated with high integrity, but can also work effectively in a team.
  • A creative problem solver with outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • Process oriented, but you also challenge convention.
  • Consummate team player – we’re a small but scrappy people team and are looking for someone who is willing to “roll up their sleeves” and take on whatever people challenges come their way.
  • Comfortable getting your hands dirty in the details of a project while simultaneously keeping the big picture in focus.
