Business Developer (All Locations)
Requirements:
- 3+ years in B2B partnerships, business development, or BD in blockchain/fintech.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Familiarity with token listing, liquidity, and DeFi business mechanics.
- Data-driven approach to prioritizing opportunities.
Nice to have:
- Existing network across exchanges, aggregators, or developer communities.
- Multi-lingual or regional market expertise.
Position Flow:
- Identify, approach, and close strategic partnerships and integrations.
- Build and manage a pipeline (partnership CRM) and partner onboarding processes.
- Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and legal to launch collaborations.
- Negotiate commercial terms and co-marketing activities.
- Represent Mono at events and manage partner relationships long-term.
