Technical Sales Manager – Support Systems x2
Role
These exciting positions will be selling and hiring my clients range of shoring solutions including relevant products used for below-ground applications. They also offer a design service carried out by an in-house team of engineers. These roles will involve selling into main and sub-contractors, predominantly at site level, alongside some engagement with regional offices. Customers range from Tier 1 national contractors through to smaller regional Tier 2 contractors. You will communicate closely with a central engineering team and local depots who will help provide technical support.

My client is recognised as a market leader in the design excavation support systems and continues to invest heavily in the business. My clients holds significant stock, and operates a nationwide depot network.
Person
The ideal candidates will be hungry and tenacious, with the ability to generate new business and sell at site level. Previous experience from builders’ merchants or plant hire backgrounds will be considered. The role requires a strong on-the-road presence. A degree of technical ability is essential, as the position has a clear technical bias. Candidates with experience in stability or temporary works knowledge would be advantageous, although training and support are available.
