Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Fund Administrator to support the delivery of high-quality services to our clients. The role involves managing day-to-day portfolio administration, supporting complex transactions, and working closely with senior team members while providing guidance to junior staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day administration of client portfolios with minimal supervision
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, advisors, bankers, and third parties
  • Maintain accurate client records, registers, and statutory documentation
  • Maintain task lists and monitor outstanding matters across the portfolio
  • Support team coordination and contribute to efficient team operations
  • Coordinate statutory filings and ensure regulatory deadlines are met
  • Support complex transactions, including acquisitions and disposals
  • Oversee payment processes, cash movements, drawdowns, and distributions
  • Support client onboarding and due diligence documentation
  • Liaise with the accounts team to ensure client deliverables are completed on time

Skills & Experience

  • Progressing towards or holding ICSA (or equivalent) qualification
  • Minimum of three years’ relevant experience
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide clear direction on delivery and delegate effectively
  • Collaborative working style, building strong partnerships to achieve shared objectives
  • Proactive, responsive, and able to take initiative
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex information and resolve issues effectively
  • Sound judgement and confident decision-making skills.
