Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Fund Administrator to support the delivery of high-quality services to our clients. The role involves managing day-to-day portfolio administration, supporting complex transactions, and working closely with senior team members while providing guidance to junior staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day administration of client portfolios with minimal supervision
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, advisors, bankers, and third parties
- Maintain accurate client records, registers, and statutory documentation
- Maintain task lists and monitor outstanding matters across the portfolio
- Support team coordination and contribute to efficient team operations
- Coordinate statutory filings and ensure regulatory deadlines are met
- Support complex transactions, including acquisitions and disposals
- Oversee payment processes, cash movements, drawdowns, and distributions
- Support client onboarding and due diligence documentation
- Liaise with the accounts team to ensure client deliverables are completed on time
Skills & Experience
- Progressing towards or holding ICSA (or equivalent) qualification
- Minimum of three years’ relevant experience
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide clear direction on delivery and delegate effectively
- Collaborative working style, building strong partnerships to achieve shared objectives
- Proactive, responsive, and able to take initiative
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex information and resolve issues effectively
- Sound judgement and confident decision-making skills.
