The Role
As Senior Data Analyst, you will act as the organisation’s lead analytics specialist, playing a pivotal role in transforming how data is used across the business. You’ll design and deliver high?quality data products that enable smarter decisions, clearer insights, and greater impact.
This is a broad, hands?on role offering exposure across analytics, data modeling, BI, and emerging AI capabilities.
Key highlights of the role:
- Build and own business?critical dashboards and reporting using Power BI, SQL, and Excel
- Transform legacy, manual reporting into automated, scalable analytics solutions
- Partner closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable insights

- Help shape the organisation’s BI strategy, including exploration of modern and AI?enabled tooling
Your Experience
We’re looking for a proactive, commercially minded data analyst who enjoys working across the full analytics lifecycle and influencing how data is used at an organisational level.
You’ll bring strong technical foundations alongside the confidence to engage senior stakeholders and operate autonomously.
What you’ll bring:
- Significant experience in data analysis, dashboarding, and data modeling
- Advanced skills in Power BI (DAX, Power Query), SQL, and Python
- Strong grounding in descriptive statistics, with exposure to inferential methods
- Experience turning complex data into clear, compelling stories for non?technical audiences
- A genuine interest in data innovation, including the responsible use of generative AI
Experience with financial, investment, or CRM data (e.g., Salesforce), cloud data platforms, or alternative BI tools is advantageous but not essential.
