Field Service Engineer
Salary: £38,000 – £42,000 (OTE £50,000)
Shift: Mon-Fri Days
Candidates Location: Oxford, Reading, Swindon
I am currently working with a well‑established and expanding industrial manufacturer, recognised as a leader within its sector, to recruit a Field Service Engineer (mechanical or electrical bias) to support their growing customer base.

Responsibilities
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for travelling to customer sites to install, service, maintain, and repair a wide range of industrial machinery. You will play a key role in ensuring equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably, helping customers minimise downtime and maintain production performance.
Requirements
- Either mechanically or electrically biased
- Have an engineering qualification (minimum Level 3)
- Experience with pneumatics and hydraulics
- Have a UK driving licence
- Experience with install, repair, service
- Diagnose faults and repair equipment
- Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations
