Creative Strategy Director – Elite Global Sports Partnerships
We are supporting a new, exceptionally well-funded international sports league operating at the very top end of global, prestige sport.
The role
You will lead the design of bespoke, commercially impactful sponsorship concepts for global luxury, fashion, aviation, technology and financial services brands.
Working in lockstep with senior Sales leadership, this role is to materially increase the value, credibility and originality of partnerships, ensuring every idea is ambitious, operationally realistic and deliverable across a live global calendar.
What you’ll do
- Own creative strategy for premium sports partnerships from ideation through pitch and delivery planning
- Design sponsorship concepts grounded in the realities of elite sporting events
- Translate brand objectives into authentic integrations
- Anticipate regulatory, logistical and operational constraints unique to elite sport
- Act as a senior creative voice in partner and brand conversations
- Build scalable creative frameworks that can be deployed globally
- Significant experience working within elite or exclusive sports environments
- Proven delivery of commercial partnerships inside live sporting events
- Comfortable working with UHNW audiences, luxury brands and senior stakeholders
- Strong creative instincts balanced with commercial and operational discipline
- Prestige sports with affluent, high-net-worth audiences
