This firm is Ranked highly in both Chambers UK and Legal 500, with expertise in advising SMEs, financial institutions, real estate investors and PLCs, as well as businesses in the healthcare, leisure, fashion, sport and charities sectors.
The Role
You will be advising clients on all aspects of corporate transactions, including raising money privately and publicly, acquiring and disposing of businesses, and all manner of corporate structures for business.
Requirements
To be successful in your application you will possess no less than 1 – 2 years PQE working with the corporate matters mentioned above.
