OverviewWe’re recruiting a Senior Finance Business Partner to provide strategic financialinsight and support to fundraising and programme teams. This role plays a key partin driving income growth and ensuring strong financial performance.
Key Responsibilities– Collaborate with fundraising teams to deliver financial analysis and support.– Prepare accurate budgets and donor reports.– Monitor programme budgets and manage financial risks.– Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.– Improve financial systems, controls, and reporting accuracy.– Support stakeholder understanding through financial training.
Essential Requirements– Fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) or finalist with 5+ years’ relevant experience.– Strong communication and business partnering skills.– Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.– Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.– Comfortable translating financial data for non-financial audiences.– A collaborative, adaptable team player.
