What Your Day To Day Will Look Like

  • Lead commercialization of the AOP product portfolio, overseeing launch activities for new marketing assets.
  • Identify business needs and develop promotional materials aligned with overall business strategy.
  • Drive a strong customer‑centric approach by optimizing resource allocation to maximize return on investment.
  • Manage internal initiatives, including implementation planning and performance reporting, to support prioritisation and actionable insights.
  • Define and execute marketing strategies in alignment with HQ, informed by market dynamics and competitive analysis.
  • Implement marketing activities, monitor performance, and optimise promotional tactics in real time.
  • Own budget management and forecasting responsibilities.
  • Provide strategic, market‑driven recommendations to HQ therapeutic areas based on market intelligence.
  • Maximise opportunities to position and promote the product pipeline effectively.
  • Engage regularly with customers to uncover insights and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Therapeutic Areas and Market Access to develop country‑specific access strategies.
  • Plan, organise, and execute events, meetings, and congress participation.
  • Ensure full compliance with ABPI Code of Practice and internal SOPs.

Your Qualifications And Experience

  • Advanced scientific degree in natural science, medicine, or business.
  • 5+ years of pharma industry experience.
  • Track record of responsibility in marketing and pre‑launch and launch experience.
  • Track record of commercial success.
  • Driving licence – travel required.
  • Commutable to London office.
