About the Role
Covering the South West territory, you will be responsiblefor managing and developing some of the fastest-growing motorcycle brands inthe industry, including Benelli, Keeway, SYM, VOGE, Lambretta, andMorbidelli. Reporting directly to management, you will play a key rolewithin our sales and marketing team, working closely with our dealer network tomaximise performance and deliver outstanding customer service.
This role requires a strong commercial approach to dealerrelationships, with a focus on reporting, coaching, and monitoring theperformance of both individual dealerships and the region as a whole.
Key Responsibilities
- Developand expand the South West dealer network.
- Supportdealers in maximising sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitorand report on dealership performance across all areas of the business.
- Coachand guide dealers to improve operational effectiveness.
- Identifyand onboard new prospect dealers within your territory.
About You
We are looking for a candidate who is:
- Passionateand enthusiastic about motorcycles.
- Experiencedin sales and marketing within a dealer, retail, or distributionenvironment (motorcycle or automotive industry experience preferred).
- Highlyprofessional with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellentorganisation, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Tech-savvyprofessional with strong computer skills and expertise in usingsocial media to deliver impactful results.
