We’re growing our Sales team and are looking for motivated, driven individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy delivering outstanding customer service.
This is a sales-based, customer-facing role where you’ll manage inbound enquiries and guide customers through their leasing journey. You’ll play a key role in shaping the customer experience while directly contributing to the performance and success of the business.
What You’ll Do
- Manage incoming customer sales enquiries and leasing leads
- Act as the face of the business, delivering an excellent first impression
- Guide customers through their leasing journey in line with our Sales process and DRIVE values
- Respond to new leads and manage existing customers in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure all systems and CRM records are kept accurate and up to date
- Provide clear, honest and appropriate information to customers
- Work towards daily and monthly performance targets
- Support the Senior Leasing Consultant, Sales Manager and wider management team
- Assist with complaint resolution where required
- Communicate regularly with your manager on your performance and development
- Produce clear reporting on your sales performance
- Support relationships with key suppliers and internal departments
- Maintain full FCA compliance and complete all required training
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working in a busy sales environment
- Knowledge of sales processes and systems
- Experience within vehicle leasing or the motor industry (desirable)
- Compliance experience (desirable)
- A proactive, driven and customer-focused approach
- Approachable, supportive and confident
- Strong problem-solving skills
