The Role
As a Contract Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be instrumental in growing our client base, strengthening existing partnerships, and connecting top-tier talent with leading roles across our specialist tech markets.
Business Development
- Proactively identify and win new business through outreach, networking, and market research
- Build strong, long‑term client relationships and understand their hiring challenges
- Negotiate terms and manage ongoing client accounts
Talent Acquisition
- Source high‑quality candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal platforms
- Conduct screening calls, interviews, and assessments to ensure the best talent fit
- Guide candidates through the entire recruitment lifecycle, providing an excellent experience throughout
End‑to‑End Delivery
- Achieve – and exceed – both personal and team targets
- Maintain accurate and organized CRM data
- Stay up to date with trends within your vertical, whether ERP, CRM, Data, or another tech area
What We’re Looking For
- Full 360 recruitment experience is preferred
- A proven billing history and confidence working to KPIs
- Strong communication, sales, and negotiation ability
- Ambition, resilience, and a results‑driven mindset
- Interest or experience in the tech recruitment sector is a plus
