Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: London
Salary: Up to £55k
Job Type: Permanent, Hybrid (1/2 days a week in London office)

We are offering a unique opportunity for a driven and talented individual to join a Domestic Adjusting team as an Operations Manager.
About the Role:
You will take the lead in driving team performance, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the successful handling of claims.
The Domestic Adjusting team typically manages claims up to £100k in value.
Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring that complex claims are resolved efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong leadership experience: A proven track record of managing high-performing teams effectively.
- Expertise in claims handling: Comprehensive experience dealing with complex property insurance claims.
- Exceptional communication skills: The ability to explain technical details clearly, negotiate fair settlements, and engage effectively with policyholders, contractors, insurers, and other stakeholders.
