About us
The ECITB works with employers and training providers to attract, develop, and qualify the engineering construction workforce across various craft, technical, and professional disciplines.
We invest approximately £28 million annually to support skills development within the industry. Funded by a statutory levy paid by employers, we use these funds to enhance skill levels and support training initiatives that might not otherwise occur.
In collaboration with the education sector, government, and employers, we aim to ensure the UK has a skilled workforce to meet the needs of the engineering construction industry.
ECITB is committed to diversity and inclusion and welcomes applications from all community sections, especially those underrepresented in the engineering construction industry.
