Senior Site Manager / Site-Based Project Manager – Prime Residential

This one’s for the senior operators.

I’m recruiting for a Senior Site Manager / Site-Based Project Manager to take full ownership of a £5.7m refurbishment, extension and full luxury fit out of a 100-year-old property in Richmond.

This is a flagship project for the business – complex, design-led, and delivered to exacting standards.

The Project

• Structural works with complex sequencing
• Timber frame extension
• Full high-end fit out throughout
• Approx. 18-month programme
• You’ll have full responsibility for delivery on site

The Role

• Take complete ownership of day-to-day site operations
• Manage programme, sequencing, and subcontractors
• Coordinate structural works and high-risk activities
• Maintain exceptional quality, H&S, and client communication
• Act as the main point of contact on site, reporting into senior management
• Future projects already lined up in Central London
• Long-term continuity rather than a one-off job
• Join a contractor delivering consistent, high-quality prime residential work

What You’ll Need

• Strong background in refurbishments, extensions, and fit out
• Confident managing complex programmes and sequencing
• A hands-on, accountable approach with high attention to detail
• Salary of £70k – £85k+, depending on experience
• True ownership of a flagship project
• Stability, pipeline, and progression with a quality-driven contractor
