Reporting to: Lead PMO Analyst

Are you a detail-driven, proactive professional with a passion for project delivery and stakeholder engagement? We’re looking for a PMO Analyst to join our London-based Customer Operations team, supporting the successful delivery of Project Services initiatives.

What you’ll do:

• Monitor project progress, risks, and change requests across multiple accounts.
• Produce high-quality PMO documentation and customer reporting.
• Support project governance, timesheet queries, and service delivery administration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales Ops, Commercial, and Customer Leadership.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced reporting.

• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
• A problem-solving mindset and proactive approach.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.
• Ability to manage time, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience in PMO, project coordination, or administration (ideally within recruitment or fast-paced environments).
