IAM Project Manager

A global retail organisation is seeking an experienced Contract IAM Project Manager with strong hands‑on delivery across IGA and PAM initiatives within complex, federated enterprise environments. This role will lead end‑to‑end IAM transformation activities, including vendor selection, solution implementation, and operational onboarding.

• Day Rate: £650-£700pd
• IR35 Status: Inside
• Duration: Initial 6 months
• Travel: 1 day a week in Central London Office

This IAM PM will have the previous following experience:

• Acting as IAM Project Manager delivering end‑to‑end IGA initiatives across large‑scale organisations
• Leading and running full RFP processes for IAM technologies (IGA and/or PAM), from requirements definition through vendor evaluation and selection
• Conducting IAM maturity, technology, and capability assessments across existing identity, access governance, and privileged access environments
• Managing the onboarding, integration, and migration of IAM platforms into a target operating model, coordinating stakeholders across security, technology, infrastructure, and business teams
• Overseeing the implementation and stabilisation of at least one IGA and/or PAM solution into production, ensuring rapid mobilisation, secure design, and stable operational handover
• Driving delivery across multiple workstreams including architecture, engineering, governance, operations, and third‑party vendors
• Managing risks, dependencies, budgets, and timelines while ensuring alignment to security standards and regulatory requirements
