Base pay range

Location: Nottingham, East Midlands

• 22 days holiday, rising to 25 days after 1 year of service
• Annual salary review

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire Road Freight Operations process from start to finish.
• Dealing with European and Domestic Road Freight shipments.
• Quote and price shipments, ensuring the best rates are secured.
• Liaise with shippers, hauliers, and carriers to manage the transport process.
• Manage key accounts, handling everything from booking to delivery.
• Arrange timely and accurate documentation for shipments.
• Complete customs documentation as required.
• Create and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring all inquiries are dealt with promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with a leading freight forwarder.
• Comprehensive understanding of the transport process from start to finish.
• Ability to collaborate with customers to provide the best possible service.
