You will be given the opportunity to progress and develop in a clear and structured manner. Depending upon experience there may be the opportunity to progress into a higher position within the first 18 months.

The Role
You’ll be responsible for:
Developing and managing your own client base in the East Midlands and South Yorkshire
Building strong relationships with importers/exporters across all modes (Air, Sea, Road)
Driving new business and hitting growth targets
Collaborating with our operations team to ensure seamless customer service
Proven experience in freight forwarding sales
Self-starter with a hunter mentality
Great communicator with a genuine love for logistics
Based in (or able to cover) East Midlands and South Yorkshire
Ready to bring energy, ideas, and a sense of humour to the table
