Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities for growth
  • Manage and nurture partnerships with strategic partners

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Develop proposals and presentations for potential clients
  • Analyze sales data to identify patterns and improve strategies
  • Provide regular reports on business development activities
  • Coordinate with internal teams for seamless client onboarding
  • Identify customer needs and align offerings accordingly
  • Manage a pipeline of opportunities and forecast revenue
  • Participate in industry events to expand network
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the product and market
  • Create and refine sales strategies to increase market share

Requirements

  • 5+ years in business development
  • Experience in financial services
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Network in Lagos, Nigerian business community
  • Excellent communication skills
