Fit Out Project Manager
Location: Cambridge (projects across the Southeast)
Salary: Up to £90,000

The Role
As a Fit Out Project Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of high‑end commercial fit‑out schemes from pre‑construction to handover. You’ll manage programmes, budgets, and teams to ensure every project runs smoothly — on time, within scope, and to the highest standard.
You’ll work closely with senior leadership while developing your own leadership profile in a collaborative, forward‑thinking business.
What You’ll Do
- Lead day‑to‑day site delivery of commercial fit‑out projects
- Manage programmes, subcontractors, design coordination, and resourcing
- Ensure quality, safety, and technical standards are consistently achieved
- Identify and resolve issues early to maintain progress and performance
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and project teams
- Maintain commercial oversight including budgets, variations, and reporting
- Mentor junior staff and support a positive, solutions‑focused team culture
About You
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial fit‑out or refurbishment
- 3+ years’ experience with a main contractor
- Strong technical knowledge of construction, sequencing, and delivery
- Confident client‑facing communicator with solid stakeholder management skills
- Commercially astute with cost control and reporting experience
- Degree or equivalent in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- Organised, proactive, and adaptable in fast‑paced environments
