Job Summary

We’re looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to oversee a team of five compliance analysts in Bristol. The role begins in January and involves day‑to‑day supervision, escalation management and process‑improvement support for fellow team leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of five compliance analysts.
• Handle day‑to‑day responsibilities and escalated queries.
• Support fellow team leaders with process improvements and advice.
• Report on progress with ongoing compliance issues.
• Maintain high communication, organisational and detail‑oriented skills.

Requirements

• Experience leading teams in AML, KYC and CDD.
• Background in law firm or financial services environments.
• Strong communication, organisational and detail‑oriented skills.
• Ability to report on progress and manage compliance issues.
• Availability to start within the next month.
