Responsibilities

• Service Provider Management: Responsible for the daily management of DSP service providers, KPI assessment, and relationship maintenance to ensure efficient operations.
• Capacity Communication and Coordination: Establish a close communication mechanism with DSP service providers, coordinate capacity resources to match business needs, and ensure smooth terminal delivery chains.
• Exception Handling: Lead the handling of various exceptions in DSP partnerships, develop solutions, and close the loop to minimize business impact.
• Compliance Management: Ensure that partnerships meet European compliance requirements and regularly review service provider qualifications and operating standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above; approximately five years of experience in DSP partnership management, with a deep understanding of DSP partnership models and operational logic;
• Strong English speaking skills, which can be used as a working language;
• Excellent cross-departmental communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills, with familiarity with European DSP compliance requirements.
